This schedule is followed during our regular business hours:

8:00am – 5:00pm PT, Monday – Friday

Currently, we ship within the 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or to Armed Forces APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Free standard shipping

All orders with standard shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska addresses) are free. With free standard shipping, your order will be delivered 3–7 business days after all of your items are available to ship, including pre-order items. Shipments are subject to shipping carrier’s on-time performance and availability.

 

Pawreto will select the optimal shipping carrier for free shipping, which could be either via the United States Postal Service or UPS and so on. The free shipping policy applies to all merchandise on Pawreto.com. 'Standard' shipping method must be selected at checkout. Extra processing time may apply.
