I like this metal freestanding pet gate overall. It arrives mostly assembled, so there is very little setup required before you can start using it.
This dog gate is very nice-looking. It comes with the three panels already attached. The middle panel has a latch to use as a door, so there's no need to move the gate every time you need to pass through. If you want to have it in a more stable, permanent place, it does come with hardware to do so. It stands up pretty well as is, but if you have kids or just for safety, I like having the option.
Six stars plus for the white heavy duty metal foldable gate. Very sturdy free standing. We chose not to drill because I use it outside on my stoop in front of my main house door. Large and wide enough to allow both doors open so our dogs can sit on the front stoop without worrying about them going into the street. Use it outside for the pool deck when cooking or grilling and inside around the fireplace. It's heavy but love that it's portable. Folds up and stores in my hall closet. Great value for the well made gate and again like the choices of installation. Our cats can jump over the gate without issues as it is just two feet plus in height.
We got this dog gate for more than just our dog. Our granddaughter recently learned to walk and to climb stairs. This gate is perfect for keeping her off the stairs where she can tumble back down before we can get to her. The gate is made very well and the paint is flawless. It extends easily and the latch for the gate is easy to use. The best thing about this particular model is that it comes in sizes to seal off a small area, like stairs, or an entire room. Thanks to some double-jointed hinges it folds completely flat for easy storage. We plan on using it freestanding so we can move to new hot spots, but you can also install it more permanently with some included hardware. Overall, just a great gate system for a dog or a child (although the latch is too simple for older children).
I really love this gate. This is my second Pawreto gate, and it's every bit as well made and thoughtfully designed as the first. It arrived fully assembled, so setup was quick, and the instructions were simple and easy to follow.
The biggest feature for me is the hinges. They bend in both directions, which makes it easy to position the gate at just about any angle you need. Being able to shape it to fit different spaces, then move it wherever it's needed, makes it much more useful than a fixed gate.
The entire gate feels very sturdy, and I expect it to last a long time. It stays stable, the construction feels solid, and nothing about it seems flimsy. Considering the quality, I also think it's priced reasonably. If you've been looking for a durable, flexible pet gate, this one would be an excellent choice.
These gates are great, we often watch my best friends dog and she has little frenchie and we just always have an issue with her going up the stairs and needed something to block it off but also didn't want to drill the walls and have it permanently since she is with us a week of the month. This works perfect, it's sturdy and durable and easy to move or we just put away in garage when she isn't here. Super easy to use, kids have no problem and it's absolutely perfect for what we needed! True to size and great condition overall! Love that there is an option to mount it but we not going to use it unless we decide to get a puppy.
This is a nice compact gate with decent quality hinges and decent paint job. Smooth surface, no rough edges or peeling paint. But it is kind of heavy to move around compared to some other gates I have.

I like that it can be used freestanding or mounted very versatile. This is sturdy and well-made with support feet for safety - it works well for our needs. Overall, a good quality, portable gate for pets and the panel design allows for multiple configurations.
